Waiter (M/H)

Job description:

Reporting to the Event Department, you will work on off-site functions such as cocktail parties, luncheons, dinner and sports events.

Your remit :

  • Serving and clearing tables, under orders from the head waiter,
  • Checking compliance of products and equipment delivered for service,
  • Knowing all about the product menu to answer any guests’ questions.

Your profile :

  • Training in hospitality and catering
  • Knowledge of the world of luxury a must
  • Appearance, distinction and total mastery of customer relation codes,
  • In-depth knowledge of waiting rules and techniques,
  • Good working knowledge of one or several foreign languages (French and English a must)
  • Deploying a spirit of service, you are well-organised, independent and thorough.
