Reporting to the Event Department, you will work on off-site functions such as cocktail parties, luncheons, dinner and sports events.
Your remit :
- Serving and clearing tables, under orders from the head waiter,
- Checking compliance of products and equipment delivered for service,
- Knowing all about the product menu to answer any guests’ questions.
Your profile :
- Training in hospitality and catering
- Knowledge of the world of luxury a must
- Appearance, distinction and total mastery of customer relation codes,
- In-depth knowledge of waiting rules and techniques,
- Good working knowledge of one or several foreign languages (French and English a must)
- Deploying a spirit of service, you are well-organised, independent and thorough.
