Annual Musée du Louvre Sponsors’ Dinner


Privilege of all, FAUCHON Réceptions teams had the immense honor to serve the annual Musée du Louvre sponsors’ Dinner held for the first time right in the middle of the paintings collections.

After an installation under high supervision, tables and chairs lined up on thick carpets, plain and discreet table flower decoration not to disturb the surrounding Masterpieces, the 126 guests of Jean-Luc Martinez, The Louvre President, were  able to appreciate in a felted atmosphere, the appropriate menu  created by our Executive Chef, Jérôme Dutois,  Sea urchin Taramasalata, roasted Foie Gras, Sea bass filet, Sweet chesnut ravioli and cep caviar, yellow wine sauce, closed by the desert of our Pastry Chef, Julie ArmandCitrus fruit soup and Paris Honey.
